Ten Ways to BOOST Your Life TODAY!

“What can I do to lose weight?”  “What should I be eating?”  “What exercise(s) should I be doing?“ “How do I get a 6 pack?”    

Everyday I get a lot of people sending/asking me questions.  It’s actually one of my favourite parts of my job - helping others achieve their goals.  Unfortunately sometimes the answer to these questions are not exactly what people want to hear.  Achieving a goal can take a lot of work - but I have seen many people through the years commit to goals, succeed and change their lives.  

When I first talk to people I like to give them small changes they can make in their life that will help them get started. These fixes are simple and easy and offer quick life rewards. 


10 - STOP MAKING UP EXCUSES IN YOUR HEAD! - Believe me - I have heard them all.  Too early,  too busy, too expensive, too much going on - If you WANT something you need to go after it and make it happen.  Your excuses are the only thing standing in your way.


9- GET UP 30 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR EARLIER THAN YOU DO NOW AND USE THAT TIME FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT! - I started 2018 off by making this change in my life and it's been amazing.  I have extra energy, I have time to myself and I feel accomplished.


8- BE MINDFUL! - Be mindful of what you eat, what you think, what you say and how you treat others.  Being mindful is a great first step to achieving a more positive outlook on life.


7- SHARE YOUR ENERGY WITH OTHERS! - Find a time to be social and share time with family and friends.  This is good for your mind, body and soul.


6- ELIMINATE MOST SUGAR! - This can be a tough one - but its also a game changer.  100% of the time when people do this - they feel amazing after the first week. 


5- BE GRATEFUL! - We are all pretty lucky to live the lives we do.  We need to spend some time each day being thankful for all we have.  At the start of your day - write down 3 things you are grateful for.  You will be surprised how your life turns more positive .

4- EAT MORE VEGGIES THAN FRUIT! - Simple right - load up on the veggies.  You can still have fruit - but never more fruit than veggies in your day.


3- DRINK HALF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN OUNCES A DAY! - Take your weight in pounds and divide by two. That is how many ounces of water your body needs in a day.

2- EXERCISE FOR 30 MINUTES EVERYDAY! - Swim, bike, walk, run, take an exercise class, go to the gym, do yoga.  Whatever you choose to do, just get your body moving for 30 minutes everyday.

1- LOVE YOURSELF THE WAY YOU ARE NOW!  You are beautiful, unique and fabulous on the inside and out - let it show and be proud of what you’ve accomplished already in life.
