Plain & Simple - Ontario Asparagus

Who loves asparagus?  It's that time of year to enjoy fresh Ontario asparagus. With many nutritional benefits - it is a great addition to your weekly menu. 

I was a little hesitant to post about this as I like my asparagus plain and simple - roasted with other veggies, with a touch of olive oil, salt & pepper!  (Seems boring, but it's delicious!) 

So I am asking you to share your ideas...what are your favourite ways to enjoy asparagus?
