GROUP FITNESS

Our classes incorporate the best variety of old and new training concepts. Classes are offered on levels from mild to extreme and for all ages.  View our schedule for descriptions of each class.  Below is some information about what we offer and how to get started! 

 

CARDIO

These classes are designed to get your heart pumping! Expect exhilarating movements that will help burn fat, increase energy, and improve endurance. 

STRENGTH

Using resistance and weight, these classes will help build muscle, tone, and get stronger.  Strength training compliments any workout routine and helps burn fat faster.

FAST BLAST COMBO

Get the best of both worlds by combining cardio and strength training into one class.  Expect to increase metabolism, endurance, and strength with these total body challenges!

YOGA/PILATES

A strong core and a calm mind are important in building a foundation for ultimate fitness and every day life.  These classes will stretch, tone, strengthen, relax, and improve flexibility and posture.

 

How it Works

Unlike some gyms, you do not have to buy a gym membership in order to participate in classes.  We offer classes separately for those who only want to participate in group fitness. However, if you would like to sign up for both gym and classes, we have package deals with a variety of options! 

Step 1: Check out the class schedule, see what you like, ask questions if you’re not sure where to start. 

Step 2: Decide on a membership/class package option (call our office for more information).

Step 3: Sign up! Reserve your spot in whichever classes you want to attend.  By signing up in advance you'll be sure not to miss out.  You can sign up online, call, or come visit us and we will help get you set up. Drop-in's are also welcome, as long as the class isn't full.   

Step 4: Check in!  When you show up for class, there will be an iPad on the front desk.  Find your class and your name on the list then click "check in".  That’s all there is to it!

 

Spin Classes

Spin bikes are limited so you will want to make sure you sign up in advance for these popular classes! Because spin is such a popular class, and we have a limited number of bikes, we suggest you sign up ahead of time. We do have wait lists for all our classes, if you have pre-registered for a spin class and are unable to attend, please give at least 12 hours notice when cancelling so we can allow wait-list members in.  If you do not cancel ahead of time and fail to show up, you will be charged for that class.  

Specialty Programs

In addition to our regular classes, we now offer Specialty Programs.  These programs are like having a personal trainer, but in a small group setting.  Our Specialty Programs are designed using progressional workouts and run for a certain number of weeks (usually 6-8 weeks).  Our Strength Fit program is one example (runs 3 times a week, for 6-8 weeks). There is a limited number of space available in these programs so you must register in advance to reserve your spot! Ask our staff for details on upcoming dates and programs!  

 

The Right Fit

If this is your first time trying group fitness, or if you are a long time participant, we are grateful for you trusting in us to help you meet your fitness goals. Before choosing classes please read the descriptions provided and let us know if you have any questions. Some classes are designed so you can attend two back-to-back. Visit our office for details on our class packages!

Registration

Our classes operate on a first-come first-serve basis. So go ahead and register now to hold your spot! You can sign up by booking a class online, or call our office to get your name on the list. Some of our classes will fill up quickly, so we do have wait-lists in the case of a cancellation. Give us a call and we can help you get started!
