How It Works

Step One: Book an Appointment

This is the first step in reaching your goals.  All you have to do is call, email or stop in to set up a date and time for your initial complimentary assessment.  Once your appointment is booked, we will send you some forms to fill out ahead of time.


Step Two: Complimentary Assessment

This is the part where we get to know who you are, what your goals are, and where to get started!  Your initial assessment is our way of evaluating your current physical condition, medical history, lifestyle, level of fitness, and schedule.  These are all important factors in creating the best workout plan for you.  Your assessment may involve some general testing whether it be a fit test, taking measurements, or completing basic strength and flexibility tests.  Not everyone’s initial assessment will be the same, as everyone’s goals are different.  From here, we will determine which of our expert trainers will be the best match for you and how many sessions would get the best results - because that’s why you’re here right!?


Step Three: Begin Training!

Ready, set, go!  This is the fun part.  It’s time to start working hard.  You and your trainer will create a schedule of appointments that will keep you on track with a workout plan that is designed to reach your goals.  Your trainer will provide you with information, exercises, and support along the way.  Now let’s get started.  And just remember - you don’t have to be great to start, but you have to START to be great.
